Due to the limited number of seats and the preparation required for each attendee, tickets are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please let me know their name and email before the event.
In the unlikely event that the experience is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, you'll have the option to transfer your ticket to the new date or receive a full refund.
