Processing Time
Each piece is handmade with care, just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be crafted and dispatched.
Need it sooner? Send us a message before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush request.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is ready, delivery times are as follows:
- Cyprus: 2–5 business days
- Greece: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & United States: 10–20 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Within Cyprus
We offer two convenient delivery options for customers in Cyprus:

Akis Express Collection
We can send your order to your nearest Akis Express collection point. You’ll receive a message with the tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest AKIS EXPRESS location that you provide during your checkout. AKIS EXPRESS will send you two messages: the first one within 5 business days (Monday–Friday), and the second when your parcel is ready for collection at the AKIS EXPRESS point. If you do not receive any message within 7 business days (Monday–Friday), please contact us. -
Free Local Pickup (Larnaca)
Prefer to collect your order in person? You can choose free pickup from our location in Larnaca (Fanariou 7a, 6057). Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you by email to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred during international shipping.
