Return Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small handmade business 🤍 Every piece is created with love and care, and I hope you adore your order as much as I enjoyed making it.

Because my products are handmade, some items are eligible for returns, while others are final sale. Please read below for the details:

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders (made to your specifications).
  • Digital products (including macramé patterns, tutorials and downloadable content). By purchasing a digital product, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once access or download begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws. Therefore, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted. 
  • Workshop bookings (these are non-refundable but transferable — you may send a friend in your place if you can’t attend).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

I don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
